When we announced ICEF Berlin 2020 as a hybrid event earlier this year, we made it clear that our number one priority is, and always will be, delegate safety. With COVID-19 case numbers in decline at that time, and positive guidance received from the German health authorities, we felt that it would be right to bring the international education community together once again in person this November.

Unfortunately, with the current resurgence the pandemic in many countries around Europe, and the requirement for some travellers to quarantine upon arrival in Germany, we no longer feel that it is safe or prudent to hold the physical aspects of ICEF Berlin this year.

We remain totally committed to connecting the international education industry during this difficult time, and so even as we cannot be together physically we are therefore making ICEF Berlin 2020 online-only, with all virtual aspects of the event continuing as planned.
